We stand behind our products 100% and guarantee satisfaction.  If you’re not satisfied with your order we pledge to do all that we can to remedy the situation as quickly as possible.

Because the products we sell are customized with your logo, we cannot provide refunds for returned merchandise.  However, have no fear, we offer full refunds before you approve any proofs (i.e. the image we will email to you showing your logo on the product), so if you don’t approve the proof and just don’t feel it and want to cancel your order, no problem!  We’ll refund you money to your credit card.

Once you approve the proof, we’ll have the order in production and can no longer offer a refund/return as the products will be customized with your logo on it.  But we will accept returns on any defective merchandise and send replacements.  If the product is determined to be defective workmanship we will repair or replace the product, at our option, at no charge.

Once again, prior to putting your order into production we will send you digital proofs for your review, showing what your logo will look like on the product.  Upon approval of the proof, either verbally or in writing, you agree to the costs and delivery dates specified. Once we receive your approval of the artwork proof the order is non-refundable as production will have begun on your custom products.
