How do I see what my logo will look like on a product?
When you’re shopping and adding items to your cart, you’ll see a button to “Upload Logo”, simply click that and upload your logo. Once you check out it goes to our art team, who springs into action creating a virtual proof for you. They’ll email it to you for your approval, typically within a few hours. We find this method far superior to do-it-yourself visualization tools online, they never quite work right and don’t accurately reflect how your logo will look on the item, but our art team will insure it looks exactly right. We’re all about quality control here!!
Can more than 1 logo be printed on a product?
In most cases, yes! If the product has enough imprint area on the front and back, we can do 2 different logos. Just send us the additional logo after you receive your first proof and we can set it up for you. Additional print charges apply.
How is my logo put on the product?
Spot-Color Print: Most products are screen printed with a spot-color print. Each color is printed separately in 1 spot, thus the term “spot” color. This allows for 1, 2, or 3 color print. With this type of imprint method the colors can’t overlap and there’s no shading, the colors are printed as solid and uniform.
Full-Color Print: We also have full-color print machines that can render a full-color or even photographic image on the product. This allows for gradients/shading of colors, and very fine details, like a photo!
Laser Engraving: And for products that are made of metal or wood, laser engraving is available. This makes a very permanent and understated imprint, giving it a real touch of class.

How long will it take to get my order?
Most products ship in a week, and some in as little as 24 or 48 hours (see our Rush Order section if you need something in a hurry!). We do have some products that are custom-molded / custom-shaped so they take longer, typically about 3 to 5 weeks. For all products you’ll see the Production Time noted in each product description page.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you need to do a purchase order and be invoiced we can do that after your first order done by credit card, we can set you up with terms once we establish a relationship and terms, no problem!
